    Enable Multi-Tasking Option

    Go to the Settings > General > Multitasking & Dock > Allow Multiple Apps.

    How to Use Split Screen Functionality

    To make this feature possible. Open your iPad and then click on any of the compatible app and open it. tap and hold and drag the dock app. And place it on any portion of the screen.

    Now, the Dragged app will be automatically opened overlapping the recent app.

    Restart iPad

    Press & Hold Power Key + Home button until you see Black Screen and Apple Logo.

    Reset All Settings

    Go to the Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
